This year has been a turning point for us as we finalised our succession strategy, ensuring the long-term future of our business. I’m thrilled to introduce our young MBO team: Harry Flint, Stefan Stringer, Drew Prescott, and Simon Boxall. This talented team will be stepping into senior leadership roles, guiding our growth and direction.
Our family culture has always been the core of our business, and it’s important to me that we carry this philosophy into the future. The new team will benefit from the wealth of experience our current directors and senior managers bring, while also nurturing new talent to provide fresh perspectives essential for our continued success.
I’m personally committed and excited to lead this transition over the next few years. We’ve already made significant strides this year, including successfully launching a new European hub and expanding our unique manufacturing capabilities. We’ve embraced these challenges and look forward to building an even stronger business together, ready for the opportunities ahead.
