Additional stock and services

Our core brands are always our first offering we attempt to utilise when receiving a project enquiry. Where an AVL or origin requirement is specified, we utilise our own Approved Manufacturers List of trusted manufacturers throughout the world to meet our clients requirements. We Project Manage and expedite manufacturers directly ourselves as well as with trusted agencies to ensure manufacturers are performing with our projects at the forefront of their focus

Documentation

At AC Valve Alliance, we prioritise thorough documentation. Whether addressing client-specific Document Requirement Lists or leveraging our expertise for product-specific documentation, our Project Document Controllers ensure all documents meet your needs and preferred format. Managed through our Project VDRL system, each document’s status is tracked throughout the review cycle.

We review all documents in-house before forwarding them to clients or suppliers, ensuring efficiency and relevance. Our Engineers provide support for any documentation queries, and once procedures are approved and valves are manufactured, we submit all reports for approval or inclusion in a final Manufacturers Record Book (MRB).

Comprehensive documentation ensures transparency, traceability, and accountability, facilitating clear communication, compliance with industry standards, and efficient troubleshooting. By meticulously documenting the entire project, we guarantee precise and reliable fulfilment of all requirements.

Project Supply Case Study

We worked closely with this customer on the technical specifications of their project and advised on the valve type and material.

The project required the valves to operate from ambient temperatures up to 900° C.  It was imperative that the various applications were considered throughout the project – and all within the customer’s budget.

Our in-house team of valve and engineering experts were able to assist the project in all areas, including:

  • Helping to reduce the project cost by 50%.
  • Evaluating different types of actuators to suit the project’s needs.
  • Handing all the expediting, documentation, and technical discussions.
  • Designing the Actuator mounting kits to accommodate the high-temperature specification.
