Rapid Response: Starline Manufacturing Delivers Specialised Valves to Keep Clients on Track
Our Starline licensed manufacturing is going from strength to strength, thanks to our quick delivery times and ability to work with specialist materials. This flexibility has attracted a range of unique orders, including valves produced from Alloy 625, Titanium, and Super Duplex. A recent highlight was the rapid production of 100 valves to support a major UK client, helping them avoid delays when their stock unexpectedly ran low.
Valves made from Duplex material have been especially popular with customers, who rely on our ability to turn orders around in as little as four weeks by modifying our extensive Duplex stock. Earlier this month, we delivered custom face-to-face valves in under three weeks to help keep a planned shutdown on schedule.
Our ability to manufacture the balls in-house has been a significant factor in our ability to offer short lead times.
