It’s been a year of investment for us here at AC Valve Alliance. We’ve been continually investing in our in-house valve engineering services in order to increase our in-house capabilities and further meet our customer’s engineering requirements.
Having invested in a high-performance DMG Mori NLX 2500 machine earlier in the year which allows us to control the quality and scheduling by manufacturing bespoke, problem-solving valves, we’ve now gone a step further in investing for our future.
To replace our manual lathe, our valve engineering company, Technical Valve Services, recently purchased this brand new state-of-the-art XYZ 780 lathe from UK-based company XYZ Machine Tools Ltd.
This brilliant piece of equipment has a 630 mm diameter chuck and comes with full CNC control.
Adding the new lathe to our in-house capabilities enables us to:
