Skid Mounted Fuel Gas Unit
Our customer required us to design and build a skid mounted fuel gas unit, which fitted into their refinery's Waste Gas Heat Recovery System (WGHRS). The WGHRS utilises heat recovered from the power plant flue gas to generate steam. Our skid provides the secondary burners in the system with a controlled gas supply.
Our in-house team of valve and engineering experts were able to assist the project in all areas, including:
- Built to ASME standard
- Led complete scope and supply of valve and automation package: Actuated ball valves, control valves, pressure regulators and Y-type strainers
- In-house fabrication of support frame and pipe spools
- In-house Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with client inspector
- Full cert package for welding and materials
- Packed and shipped with final documents
