Building strong connections, enhanced capabilities, and unmatched customer service
Making the decision to change jobs is always daunting, but since joining the AC Valve Alliance Group in June, I’ve felt warmly welcomed as part of the team. One of the first things I noticed was the family-like atmosphere in the office, which extends seamlessly to both our manufacturing partners and our customers. The training has been outstanding, including visits to our manufacturers in Spain and Italy to gain first-hand insights. I was particularly impressed by our extensive stock levels and our ability to quickly modify valve internals to meet specific client requirements, not to mention the added manufacturing capabilities offered by TVS.
What has stood out most, however, is the positive feedback I’ve received from the customers I’ve visited so far. They consistently highlight the quality of our customer service, quick turnaround on quotes, reliability in deliveries, and strong relationships with our internal teams. I’m excited to strengthen these connections further in 2025.
